| 摘 要： | 针对传统“语法——翻译”教学法的弊端，提出交际教学法。这种教学法在创造语言环境、交际活动由学生自己去实践、教师在课堂上的角色三方面有新的举措，实践证明能有效地提高学生的交际能力。

| Abstract: | The article puts forward Communicative Approach to English teaching in view of the disadvantages of the traditional Grammar-Translation teaching approach. The Approach has new steps in the three aspects of creating English language environment, students' practice in communicative activity, and of the teacher's role in class. Practically, this approach can improve students' communicative competence effectively. |
