| 摘 要： | 马克思的异化劳动理论揭露了资本主义私有制雇佣劳动下,有着非人境遇的劳动者没有幸福可言的事实,从劳动之维为人类在实践中获取幸福提供了新的行动指南。本文从马克思的异化劳动理论出发,分析了劳动与幸福的内在联系,探求实现或获得幸福的前提条件。

| Abstract: | Marx's labor theory of alienation exposes that under the capitalist private ownership,workers under inhuman conditions are not happy at all.This paper guides us to get real happiness in human practice from the labor.Also,by analyzing the inner relationship between labour and happiness,the article attempts to find the basic conditions of getting real happiness from Marx's alienation labor as a starting point. |
