| 摘 要： | 社会公正是人类社会的道德理想和价值原则.文章在全面理解公正涵义的基础上,分析了西方几种主要的公正理论,并结合我国国情,吸收、借鉴西方公正观,提出我国在社会主义市场经济条件下实现社会公正,构建和谐社会应当遵循平等原则、贡献原则和补偿原则.

| Abstract: | Social justice is human social moral ideal and value principle. Based on the understanding of the connotation of justice, the paper analyzes several mayor western theories of justice. Considering Chinese situation,there are proposals that under socialistic marketing economic condition, social justice and harmonious society should follow principle of equality, contri- bution and compensation. |
