| 摘 要： | 高校体育课程教学新模式关系到体育课程改革的成败，影响体育教学的目标的实现．从研究文献资料出发，针对我国现阶段的体育教学改革的现状和高校社区的实际情况，提出“选项课＋选修课＋单项体育俱乐部＋社区体育俱乐部”的教学模式，并赋予新的内涵和操作思路，旨在为普通高校进行体育教学改革提供借鉴和参考依据．
