| 摘 要： | 长期以来，学术界研究宇文融括户者颇多，累积了丰硕的成果。但是，很少有学者对宇文融的任职情况进行深入、动态的研究，更没有注意其对唐朝中央财政体制的影响。本文认为，在括户期间，宇文融曾广领诸使，后来又陆续并入劝农使，最后以封禅为契机，总领国家财政，成为唐朝中央财政体制演变的起点。

| Abstract: | Enormous achievements have been made over the past years in research on Yu-wen Rong's reform scheme. However, few scholars have offered a dynamically penetrating analysis of Yu's official performance, not to mention its impact on the central public finance system of the Tang Dynasty. It is argued in this paper that Yu, during his reform campaign, served as many part-time emissaries before assuming the title of Agricultural Emissary; taking full advantage of the grand ceremony of offering sacrifices to heaven and earth,Yu finally became the general manager of public finance,which marked the starting point of Tang central public finance system. |
