| Abstract: | Because of many types of hindrance among teachers, the fundamental innovation has not become undertaken by teachers consciously. The hindrance can be attributed to psycological?cultural?economic and other difficulty. If these types of hindrance are not removed completely, it is impossible for us to deepen and spread the teaching innovation. |
