| 摘 要： | 成本管理是建筑企业经营管理的重要组成部分，对改善经营管理具有决定的作用。成本管理工作的好坏，不仅关系到每一个企业的经济效益，而且还关系到国家的经济实力和竞争能力。基于这一现实，本文首先论述了我国工程项目成本管理的现状，继而提出了我国工程项目成本管理存在的问题，最后对我国工程成本控制存在问题的原因进行了分析。

| Abstract: | The cost management is important to the management in construction enterprise, which is decisive to the improvement of the operation and management. The quality of the cost of management is not only related to the economic efficiency of enterprises, but also related to the country＇s economic strength and competitiveness. Based on this reality, the present project cost management in our country is discussed in the paper first, existing problems of project cost management of our country is proposed. Reasons leading to these problems are analyzed in the end of the paper. |
