| Abstract: | It necessitates to revise, perfect and issue the national standards in order to make the layout of the sci tech periodicals in a more normalized way. To achieve this, the departments concerned should comply with the development of new science and new technologies, and in such a way to make the perfection of the national standards step by step. In the meantime, the issuing mode of network version should be created to be a complementary of the current printing mode, in order to propagandize and spread the national standards. |
