| 摘 要： | 当前我国冰雪体育运动发展迅速，冰雪体育方面专业人才的培养也备受关注。三阶段六方向雪花式运动训练专业人才培养模式以当代冰雪体育人才需求为背景，以2018版《高等学校体育类本科专业教学质量国家标准》为坐标，根据G-S理念设计形成。该模式将运动训练专业人才培养三阶段分为基本能力培养阶段、专业能力培养阶段和职业能力培养阶段；在课程设置方面，提出北方高校运动训练专业学生冬季-夏季运动项目双（项）专项课或三（项）专修课（夏季专项、冰上项目专项、学生项目专项）课程设置方向及冰雪体育通才与冰雪体育专才培养的课程设置方案。

| Abstract: | At present, ice-snow sports are developing rapidly in China. People pay attention to the cultivating of professional talents at a high level. Base on the national standard for teaching quality of physical education undergraduates in colleges and universities of 2018 version, this article designs personnel training mode of sports training specialty of northern sports college containing three stages and six directions liking snowflake on G-S conception. The three stages of talent training mode of sports training professionals include basic ability training stage, professional ability training stage, professional ability training stage. About curriculum, this article designs double or three specialized course scheme of winter sports and summer sports, and six expansion courses modules according to the demand of ice - snow sports talents. |
