| 摘 要： | 在深入研究影响我国公共图书馆服务体系建设因素的基础上，梳理建设思路，有针对性地提出适合中国国情的总分馆与农村、社区图书馆建设模式；指出其突破原有建设模式的束缚，在建设主体、资源共享、运行机制、管理体制等方面均有一定的创新，具有相当的实践推广意义。
