| 摘 要： | E-learning是适应信息社会学习特点的新的学习方式。它借助因特网进行教育和提供服务，拓宽了学习的范围和观念，超越了传统培训的内涵和外延。E-learning与传统的学习方式相比，存在很大优势，但不可避免的具有一些局限性。在知识经济时代，应当把E-learning和知识管理结合起来，优势互补，更为有效的促进知识创新。

| Abstract: | E-learning is a modern learning manner fitting the learning features in information society. It provides education and service in virtue of internet, extends the confine and concepts of study, and transcends the meaning and extension of traditional training. Compared to traditional learning manners, it presents many advantages, but still has some defects. In knowledge economy, E- learning and KM should be integrated, to facilitate knowledge innovation more effectively. |
