| 摘 要： | 道德由道德规范和道德价值构成：道德规范是形式，道德价值是内容。道德价值亦即所谓行为应该如何，它是行为事实如何对于道德目的(亦即社会创造道德的目的、社会的道德需要、社会的道德要求)的效用，因而又由道德目的与行为事实两因素构成：行为事实是道德价值实体；道德目的是道德价值标准。

| Abstract: | The morals are formed by the code of ethic and ethical value. The code of ethic is a form, ethical value is a content; Morals value means how the man should take action according with morals purpose (why the society creates the ethics, the moral need of the society, the moral requirement of the society). So, moral value is also formed by two factors of the purpose and behavior fact. Behavior facts are morals value's entity, morals purpose is morals value standard. |
