| 摘 要： | 职业技能资格鉴定，是对劳动力资源进行社会化管理的重要手段，旨在提高劳动素质、优化劳动力资源配置结构、促进劳动就业、培育劳动动力市场、发展社会经济，当代西方国家职业技能培训和技能鉴定的发展模式、发展趋向，对我国职业技能培训和职业技能鉴定工作有着重要的借鉴意义和参考价值。
