| 摘 要： | 河南既是人口大省，又是农业大省，农村人口比例过高，农村劳动力总量过大，供需矛盾十分突出；城市工业进行结构调整和升级，下岗或失业人数逐年上升，城乡就业困难群体不断增大。因此，农村剩余劳动力转移与城乡就业问题是我省目前和今后较长时期的一个极为突出的问题。本文依据经济学和社会学相关理论，对我们通过调查所得的资料运用定量和定性相结合的分析方法，阐明我省农村剩余劳动力转移与城乡就业的现状及其制约因素，并提出解决我省农村剩余劳动力与城乡就业问题的对策措施。

| Abstract: | Henan province is a large province both for its population and for its agriculture. The high percentage of the population and large amount of laborers in the rural areas cause sharp contradiction between the supply and demand of laborers. The structural adjustment and upgrading of industry and the yearly increase laid-off and unemployed workers produce ever-enlarging group of people diffcult to find jobs. Therefore, the transfer of surplus laborers in rural areas and employment problems in both urban and rural areas is one of the very prominent problems in Henan province at present and for a long time in the future. In light of the principles of ecnomics and sociology,this paper describes the status quo of the transfer of surplus laborers in rural areas and the employment problems in urban and rural areas and the restraining factors between them by the quantitative and qualitative analysis of the collected materials, and puts forward some countermeasures for solving these problems |
