| 摘 要： | 在政府的强力推动下，我国高等教育大众化迅速推进，一大批地方本科院校相继建成，目前已成为我国高等教育大众化的主体力量，这些院校本科办学时间较短，办学经验不足，负债经营，处于激烈的竞争环境。许多院校处在市场与政府的边缘，没有成熟的办学理念，学校发展目标模糊，严重影响着自身的可持续发展。新建地方本科院校只有在准确定位的基础上，培育科学的理念，确定切实可行的发展目标，才能在高等教育系统中找到适于生存的置位。

| Abstract: | With the Government's strong encouragement,and the rapid popularization of higher education in China,a large number of local colleges have been built,which have become the main force of popularization of higher education.These institutions with a short time of management in undergraduate teaching,lack experiences of running a college and operating.highly competitive environment,many colleges are on the verge of the market and the government,without mature concept,of management and clear goals of development,which have serious impacts on their own sustainable development.on the basis of accurate positioning,the newly-built local colleges only by developing the concept of scientific idea,and identifying realistic development goals,can they find the Suitable niche for the survival in higher education system. |
