| 摘 要： | 当代中国现代化建设是一个社会转型的过程。与社会转型相伴的是资源配置不公平、市场经济自身的矛盾、道德失范、文化迷茫等问题，这些是当代中国社会公正失衡之根源。其中，体制不健全引起的资源配置不公平是政治根源，也是最主要的根源。
