摘    要:近年来,国外三大MOOC平台Coursera,edX和Udacity已相继启动了慕课微专业的建设。随着国外微专业建设模式的逐渐成熟,我国的慕课微专业也取得了一定进展。慕课微专业的出现,反映出互联网时代人才培养模式的多样性,模糊了传统高等教育和在线教育之间的界限,由此引出一条通往未来职场的新路径。微专业的发展必须符合我国国情,在发展过程中要充分发挥高校、政府和企业的作用,积极推动高校联盟的建设。

Abstract:In recent years,three major foreign MOOC platforms of Coursera,edX and Udacity have successively launched the construction of MOOC micro-credential.With the gradual maturity of foreign micro-credential construction models,Chinese MOOC micro-credentials have also made progress.The emergence of MOOC micro-credential reflects the diversity of talent training models in the Internet era,blurring the boundaries between traditional higher education and online education,which leads to a new path to the future workplace.The development of micro-credentials must conform to the national conditions in China.In the process of development,it is necessary to give full play to the roles of universities,government and enterprises,and actively promote the construction of university alliances.
