| 摘 要： | 编辑出版环节是剽窃、造假等学术腐败行为最终出笼和形成危害的必经途径。从学术不端的危害及其产生的原因分析入手，提出学术期刊界学术反腐机制建设的几点建议，在学术期刊出版环节把好出口关，建立行之有效的反腐机制，对于防范学术不端行为的发生有着重要的作用。 |
