| 摘 要： | 高校素质教育是高校在完成高等教育人才培养根本任务的过程中实施的指向并促进大学生全面发展的教育，是高等教育的理想境界。自1995年起步探索以来，高校素质教育取得了可喜的成绩，同时也面临着从思想观念到实际操作等方面的诸多问题。推进高校素质教育亟需进一步提高认识，增强自觉性；明确内涵，把握特殊性；深化改革，体现时代性。
