| 摘 要： | 网络环境使信息资源的所有权和使用权发生分离,从而拓展了馆藏结构,更新了馆藏资源的获取方式,改变了馆藏资源建设的理念。因此,我们必须明确目标,构建高校图书馆的文献保障体系,开发利用网络信息资源,建设网络信息资源导航库,实现馆藏文献资源的数字化,促进资源共享。

| Abstract: | In the network environment, the use and the hold of information resource have been separated, the structure of library collection has been enlarged, the obtain mode and the construct conception of library collection have been changed. So, we should have the aim which construct the China Academic Library and Information System definitely, uses the network information resource, establishing network navigating database, realizes the library collection digitized, and developing resource sharing. |
