| 摘 要： | 高职院校学生管理历经多年的探索,取得了长足的发展,但因办学规模的扩大较快,任务依然艰巨。结合宁波大红鹰职业技术学院五年来学生管理工作深刻的发展变化,以学院宏观管理为指导,在学生管理子系统中,提出以法制与德制为核心的班级管理相对论模式,在班级管理相对论模式的内涵、特征、策略三方面作出探索,以求提高子系统学生管理效能。

| Abstract: | The management of vocational college students has obtained great progress after many years' research. But it is still difficult to advance further because of the fast development in running of schools. Combined with the profound development of student management in Dahongying College during the five years and instructed by the macro-management of the college, in the subsystem of student management, this thesis puts forward a relative mode class management with legality and morality as the cores. It also does research on the content, characteristic and strategy of the relative mode of class management, so as to improve the efficiency of the subsystem of student management. |
