考虑表面张力尺度效应的YOUNG方程

摘    要:对于Young方程,以液柱与固体表面的接触为例,考虑了表面张力的尺度效应,给出重要结论:对宏观润湿液体,液滴越小润湿性越高,并在某个有限小的临界半径上进入铺展区;对宏观不润湿者,给出了可行的分析方法.

Abstract:Taking the contact configurations of cylindrical liquid droplets on a solid surface as a example for Young equation, the scaling effect of surface tension has been studied and some important conclusions have been obtained: for the liquid wetting in maeroscale, the smaller the radius of the liquid drop is, the wetter it is, and when the radius goes over some critical value, it enters the spreading region. But for the liquid nonwetting in macroscale, a feasible method for solution has been given.
