| 摘 要： | 健全和完善党内民主决策制度体系是加强和改进中国共产党党内民主决策制度建设最根本、最有效的对策措施。中国共产党党内民主决策制度体系的构建应该以保障党员民主权利为导向,主要包括三个方面:健全和完善民主集中制;健全党内民主决策的过程性制度;完善党内民主决策的主体性制度。

| Abstract: | It is the most basic and effective measure to build a sound and perfect decision-making system of the Chinese Communist Party, which should be guided by ensuring its members＇ democratic rights in three aspects： building a sound and perfect democratic centralism; improving a sound decision-making process of democracy system within the Party; bettering democratic decision-making body of the party system. |
