| 摘 要： | 法治理念是法治建设的理论向导,法治建设是在法治理念指导下的法治实践,二者呈互动之态。法治理念的发展需要法治建设进程的推进以提供思想原料,而法治建设只有在选择对法治建设历史经验客观总结、理性追求和逻辑升华而形成的法治理念时才会顺利推进。社会主义法治理念与社会主义法治建设之间的关系为我们提供了考察法治建设进程与法治理念之间的关系实例参照。

| Abstract: | Concept of the rule of law is theoretical guide, and the construction of rule of law is the legal, practice that follow the philosophy in the rule of law ,both are interactive. The concept of rule of law need the construction of rule of law to provide an ideological materials, the rule of law only in the choice of building the rule of law objective summary of historical experience, the pursuit of rational and logical distillation of the concept of law only when the smooth progress, the relationship between the socialist rule of law and socialist concept of law and Provides us examine the process of building the rule of law and the rule of law in the relationship between the concept instances reference. |
