| 摘 要： | 休闲旅游业在社会主义现代化建设中能发挥较大的作用。湖南休闲旅游业在宏观政策的指导下,迅速发展,成为了湖南旅游经济新的增长点。休闲旅游业的继续有序发展,关键是休闲旅游人才的培养。我们应该着重从调整课程设置、优化人才培养链、整合培养目标等方面打造专业的休闲旅游业管理人才,走整合优化旅游教育资源、科学构建学科体系和品牌化建设之路,为湖南经济发展作出贡献。

| Abstract: | In the process of building socialism modernization,leisure tourism can play a major role.Under the macroscopic policy＇s instruction,Hunan leisure tourism develops continuously,which has become the new point of growth.The leisure tourism continues developing rapidly,the key is the cultivation of leisure traveling talents.focusing on the aspects of the adjustment of curriculum,the optimization of personnel training chain,the integration of training objectives,a professional leisure tourism management talents are cultivated,integration and optimization of tourism education should follow the resources to build the scientific disciplines system and brand building of the road,so as to contribute for developing Hunan economy. |
