| 摘 要： | 从自我教育的重要性认识出发，依据自我教育的规律性和原则，结合大学生教育管理工作的实践和经验，提出了通过激发大学生自我教育的动机，增强大学生自我教育的自觉性；开展大学生自我管理，是自我教育的培养过程；进行自我评价、自我控制、自我激励是自我教育的重要内容，使大学生自我教育有了较大的内在动力；大学生社会实践是自我教育的重要途径，它很好地把社会公共行为准则，通过具体、生动的形式，影响教育大学生，进行理性思考，使大学生的思想和行为向着健康、积极的方面发展。

| Abstract: | Based on the importance regularities and principles of college students' self-education,the author points out the aim,contents and ways to realize their self-education from his own experiences of college students' education and management.The aim is to strengthen the consciousness of their self-education.The contents are self-evaluation,self-control and self-motivation.The ways are through college students social activities.The author summarizs that college students' self-education is not only the aim of modern education,but also the effective way to perfect their personality,realiy self-value and bring the initiative of the students themselves into full-plaly. |
