摘    要:人力资源指一定时期内组织中的人所拥有的能够被企业所用,且对价值创造起贡献作用的教育、能力、技能、经验、体力等的总称,对人力资源的合理利用,可以为中国创造更多的财富,同样在体育组织中,不论是竞技性、市场性、管理型等都离不开体育人力资源的管理和利用,而如何利用体育人力资源是必须关注的问题,也是规划利用人力资源创造更多的社会价值的一个关键点。如何有体育大国发展成体育强国,还需体育人才的力量,体育人才资源是体育人力资源的焦点,加大对体育人才的培养,通过自身的价值更好的为社会贡献自己的一份力量,通过政府的政策安抚、资金投入、合理利用体育人才资源,竭力解决体育存在的问题,更好的提高人民的精神文化水平和身体素质,也更好的为体育事业添砖加瓦。

Abstract:Human resources within a certain period of people in an organization has to be used by the enterprise, and for creating value from the contributions of education, ability, skills, experience, such as physical beings, on the rational utilization of human resources, can create more wealth for China, also in the sports organization, whether it is competitive, market, management ete are inseparable from the sports human resources management and use, and how to make use of sports human resources and. how to build China into a sport powerful nation, is the focus of sports human resources. Increasing sports talents, through government policies to appease, capital investment, rational utilization of sports talent resources, trying to solve the problems, better improve people' spiritual and cultural level and the physical quality.
