摘 要: | 就高校校区间隐性知识IC路径共享而言,其运作框架包括相互制约的实体层、虚拟层、管理层和IC团队四大部分,其绩效评估的逻辑框架有"一个目标,两大特点,三项原则,四类指标"四大要件,进而依此设计出三层架构的指标体系。

Abstract: | Talking about the tacit knowledge sharing along IC route among university campus,its work frame includes interrelated four parts:entity layer,dummy layer,supervise layer and IC group.Its logic frame of performance evaluation includes four elements:"one target,two traits,three principles,four index",and by this way,the Three Layers Index System was designed. |
