| 摘 要： | 2-（4-溴苯基）-3-氨基噻吩是一种重要的噻吩类有机中间体.通过对它的合成工艺进行研究,经六步反应得到了最终产物,运用核磁等表征手段进行确认.使合成方法操作简便,收率较高.

| Abstract: | 2-（4-Bromophenyl）-3-amino thiophene is a kind of important organic intermediates of thiophene.In this paper,a study on its synthesis methods was conducted,and the final product was obtained through six steps of reaction,confirmed by the NMR method.The purification method is simple but highly yielding,providing very useful information for mass production. |
