全面质量管理理论与方法在绩效考评中的应用

摘    要:针对企业绩效考评中存在的问题,提出了运用全面质量管理理论与方法,进行全面、全员、全过程考评的方法,定义了绩效指标标准值CP和实际绩效值CPK,分析了他们的经济意义和在考评中及人力资源管理中的应用方法,最后就PDCA循环的应用方法作了说明。

Abstract:In allusion to the problem in the performance appraisal of enterprise, the theory and method of all-side quality management in the article are applied to do with the all-side, all-peoples and all-process appraisal. It defines the Cp that is the standard performance value and Cpk that is the real performance value. Furthermore, it analyses their economic meaning and applied method in performance appraisal and human resource management. At the end the means of the PDCA circle applied in the performance appraisal is discussed .
