| 摘 要： | 华氏家族是贵州近代民营企业的代表,该家族于20世纪初率先在贵州贫瘠的土地上使用机器生产,从而开启了贵州企业近代化的先河。在长期经营企业过程中,他们不仅经营理念、经营方式前卫,推动了贵州近代企业的向前发展,而且积极倡办教育,印刷、出版大量文化教育书籍,使贵州风气大开,为闭塞、落后的贵州人接受新思想、学习新文化,提供精神食粮,为贵州近代文化教育的发展作出了重要贡献。

| Abstract: | The Hua family,the representative of modern private enterprise in Guizhou,took the lead in applying machines to production on the barren land in Guizhou in the 20th century and became the pioneer to start a modern enterprise in the province.In their long business operation,they promoted the modern enterprise in Guizhou with advanced management concept and modes of operation and actively advocated developing education,printing and publishing a great number of books,which enabled Guizhou to be open to the outside world,provided the people with opportunities to learn about new ideas and new culture,and supplied nourishment of the mind,making a great contribution to the development of modern education in Guizhou. |
