小城镇建设适度用地探析

摘    要:小城镇是介于城市与农村之间的居民点,它既有城市密集的用地方式,又有农村低矮的建筑格局。确定小城镇的适度用地规模需要充分考虑小城镇发展的现有条件和不可预见因素;加强小城镇周边农地地价评估和改善旧镇域的投资环境是从节流和开源两个方面促使小城镇集约用地的有效措施;科学制定土地管理制度和提高土地管理执行效率,能促进小城镇土地的集约利用。

Abstract:A small town is a settlement between city and village,which has urban dense land use and rural low building.So determining the appropriate land size of small towns needs to take full account of the existing and unforeseeable conditions.There have two effective measures on intensive land use: the economic measure can conduct the evaluation of agricultural land surrounding small towns;the increase measure can improve the investment environment in the old town.Improved executing efficiency and scientific land management will further the intensive land use in small towns.
