美国大学通识教育对我国大学“文化传承”的启示

摘    要:通过对美国通识教育的发展历程分析,美国通识教育呈现出以人才培养的综合性为目标,以人文社科为课程设置的重心,以学生为主体的教学方式,以文化多元性为课程导向的特点,美国大学通识教育注重"文化传承",通过对比分析,针对我国大学文化传承有几点改革建议:高等教育职能分布要均衡、传统文化与多元文化需纳入必修课、转变"重理轻文"的思想、转变大学校长治学理念。

Abstract:Through analysizing the history of general education program in America. The cultivating objectives,curriculum prorision,teaching methods and curriculum orientation of general education in America present its own features. The general education in America pays attention to the cultural heritance.Through the comparative analysis,the paper puts forwards some advice for the cultural heritance in our college:balancing the function of higher education,requiring traditional culture and multiculture as compulsory courses,changing the thoughts of paying more attention to the science and changing the ideas of the headmasters on managing the universities.
