| 摘 要： | 中国古代导引源远流长，内涵丰富，在两汉时期有较大的发展。汉代导引丰富的内涵是汉代化融合的折射，同时又给予相应的化以影响。因此从化的视角探析汉代导引的发展，对完整地理悟中国古代体育化的发展具有重要的历史现实意义。

| Abstract: | The Chinese ancient Daoyin possesses a long history and a rich connotation. It developed quickly in the two Han Dynasties. The rich connotation of Han Dynasty's daoyin is the refraction of the cultural crisis of Han Dynasty. Meanwhile it also influenced the relevant culture. Therefore, to learn and analyze the development of the Han Dynasty's leadin from the point of view of culture, is of great historical and practical significance to the full understanding of the development of the Chinese ancient physical culture. |
