Analysis and Discussion of Real - Time Reference Services |

| Abstract: | This article discusses the development and application of real-time reference in libraries in China and abroad briefly, and it also analyses and compares the different forms of virtual reference systems applied in some university libraries in China.According to the practice and application of real-time reference service in library of Southwest Jiaotong University, the article points out the necessity of its application of real-time reference in university libraries and some existing problems to be solved. |
