| Abstract: | The paper discusses the necessity and feasibility of applying the contingency theory in the university management.The application of the contingency theory is mainly manifested in the relationships between university and society, between university and the government macro-administration,between the Party committee and administrative power inside the university and between the academic power and administrative power. |
