| 摘 要： | 经济发展方式的转变实际上绝非仅仅是经济层面的事情,它涉及到社会利益关系的全面调整。相对均衡的利益格局的形成,是实现经济持续增长的不可缺少的基础。本文从激励相容的角度出发,通过中央政府与地方政府、地方政府与企业、企业与劳动者之间委托代理关系的深入分析,研究各主体之间利益趋于一致的具体条件,并进一步提出完善经济发展方式转变的激励相容机制及制度安排。

| Abstract: | Transformation of economic development way is by no means only a matter of economic level,it involves that the interests of the community is full of adjustments.The relative balance pattern of interests to achieve sustained economic growth is indispensable.From the incentive compatibility perspective,this paper discussed specific conditions that made various bodies＇ interests tend to accordance,and presented recommendations of improving mechanism of incentive compatibility of transformation of the economic development mode and institutional arrangements through in-depth analyzing principal-agent relationship among the central and local governments,local governments and enterprises,enterprises and workers. |
