| 摘 要： | 高等教育管理研究在哲学思辨范式、科学实证范式、人文主义范式的转换中,经历了经验总结、学科发展、理念成熟、科学运行、人性回归等过程,但其都是在社会—人这个大的研究框架下展开的。以文化—人为架构的文化学范式赋予了高等教育管理研究新的价值理念和研究使命。高等教育管理研究的文化学范式将人作为出发点和归宿,作为研究的基本信念和价值观;基本前提假设是教育属于文化领域,高等教育管理是以文化为境域的管理活动;研究规范、方法和程序是确立文化—人的研究框架,运用文化哲学和文化学的观点与方法,将文化、教育、人联系起来,分析文化与高等教育的关系、文化与人的关系及高等教育与人的关系等。
