美国大学教师发展的经验及启示

摘    要:美国大学教师发展经历了学者时期、教学者时期、开发者时期、学习者时期、网络时期,积累了丰富的经验。我国的大学教师发展应强化自主化、合作化、专业化、终身化、国际化发展理念;尽快建立教师发展中心,推动教师队伍自主创新、科学发展;重视制度环境、心理环境和学术共同体建设,创设教师发展的良好环境;制定多种形式的发展计划,促进不同阶段教师的专业成长;改革教师评价和晋升机制,关注青年教师的发展。
