| 摘 要： | 现代化在带来社会进步的同时，也会带来许多社会问题，在新兴的发展中国家(例如：中国)尤其如此。目前，我国现代化进程加快，但贫富差距问题日益突出，这已引起社会各方面的关注，党和国家正采取一系列措施来规范收入分配。
