| 摘 要： | 香港自古以来就是中国的领土．1840年鸦片战争后,英国通过三个不平等条约割占了香港岛、南九龙,强租了“新界”。新中国成立前的百余年中,中国人民多次试图收复香港,均未成功。新中国成立后,我国政府为解决香港问题做了不懈的努力。邓小平“一国两制”的构想为最终解决香港问题打开了突破口．中英双方经过两年多的谈判,终于在1984年12月19日签署了中英《联合声明》。《联合声明》的发表结束了香港百余年的耻辱史,具有伟大的历史及现实意义。

| Abstract: | Hong Kong has ever been China's territory since ancient times. In 1840 afterthe Opium War, Britain, through the three unequal treaties, seized the Hong Kong Island,the South Kowloon and leased by force the New Territories. In about 100 years before NewChina was founded, the Chinese people tried many times to recover Hong Kong, but all invain. After New China was founded, efforts were made persistently to solve the Hong Kongquestion. Deng Xiaoping's" One state with two systems" made a breakthrough in theultimate solution of the Hong Kong question. After tow years negotiation, China and Britainfinally sighed the Sino - British joint statement on 19 December, 1984, which is to put anend to the humiliation Hong Kong has suffered in over 100 yeas, and is of great historic andpractical significance. |
