| 摘 要： | 开放大学自上世纪70年代诞生以来,以其特有的学习开放性、资源共享性,获得了广大教育工作者和众多高校的认可。而我国现处在构建全民终身教育体系的背景之下,建设符合中国国情的开放大学成为时代教育的强烈要求。本文在阐述开放大学的基本内涵与我国教育国情之后,针对课程信息化建设这一角度,进行详细的必要性分析,从而提出该措施必将推动开放大学构建的前进步伐。

| Abstract: | Open University since its birth in the 1970s,with its unique learning openness,resource sharing,acquire the recognition of a vast number of educators and many universities.China now in the context of building a lifelong education system,the construction is consistent with the national conditions of China’s Open University to become the strong request of the education of the times.This article describes the basic meaning of the Open University and education in China’s national conditions.According to course information construction,the necessity of a detailed analysis,it proposes the measures which will push the building pace of Open University. |
