| 摘 要： | 在经济全球化的进程中，由于小企业作用的加大，创业日益成为推动经济发展重要的动力，而大学生作为社会阶层中最有活力、最有思想的群体应是创业的有生力量。因此，选择适合高职院校学生自主创业能力培养模式，造就一批充满活力、高素质的创业型人才，对促进中国经济发展是极其重要的。

| Abstract: | In the process of the economic globalization,venturing has been an important driving force in promoting the economic development when the influence of small enterprises is increasing.As the most active and talented group of the social stratum,college's graduates should be an effective strength of the venturers.Consequently,is a critical point to choose some suitable self-employed training models and to bring up a batch of active and high-quality venturing talents for the Chinese economic development. |
