| 摘 要： | 高校发展留学生教育是由学校发展和社会需求所决定的。高校应该把握目前大好的机遇,扩大留学生规模。本文提出了思想重视、体制保障、质量保证、注重特色、完善日常管理等5项扩大留学生规模的措施。 |
