| 摘 要： | 近年来,随着国际恐怖中心和世界反恐主战场向我周边国家和地区的推移,蛰伏游荡在我国边陲的"东突"、"藏独"等"三股"势力加大了同国际反华势力的勾结力度,并在后者包庇和纵容下,加大了恐怖力度,导致近年我国各种分裂、破坏活动明显上升.作为多民族国家的执政党,我党在反恐问题上标本兼治,在严厉打击的同时,高举民族团结大旗,致力于从源头上铲除恐怖主义.
