| 摘 要： | 科技期刊中比较常用的外字母“i”、“e”正斜体使用方面误排的情况比较普遍．笔在学习GB3100～3102-93以及翻阅相关献的基础上，对“i”、“e”正斜体使用方面进行了详细的归纳，并对可能出现的错误进行了剖析．在实际的编辑工作中，我们要分析“i”、“e”在行中所表示的含义，才能对它们做出正确判断并加以规范，以提高刊物的编排质量．

| Abstract: | It can often be seen that the mis-typesetting of commonly used foreign language letter 'i and e' in science and technology periodicals in form of round hand and italics. On the basis of learning GB3100~3102-93 and looking over literatures concerned, the author has concluded in detail the use of 'i and e' in the form of round hand and italics, and analyzed its possible error. In practice, the meaning of 'i and e' should first be analyzed in the specific articles before the right judgments can be made. The standard use of the letters helps to improve the edit and typesetting quality of periodicals. |
