| 摘 要： | 为了适应时代的发展和需要,教师要加强职业道德建设。教师是学校教育教学的主体,是培养人才的关键,教师必须自觉地加强职业道德建设。教师的思想政治素质和职业道德水平直接关系到新时期党的教育方针的贯彻落实,因此加强教师职业道德建设具有重要的现实意义。
