| 摘 要： | 在当代中国公共行政管理领域，从政道德的言论越来越少，从政道德失范现象屡见不鲜，以至于使人们感到了从政道德的危机。强化行政官员的从政道德建设，使行政官员在无论有无外部监督的情况下都恪守自己的从政理念，则是行政官员从政道德建设的理想目标。有鉴于此，该文将对中国行政官员从政道德的伦理问题作些探讨和思考。
