| 摘 要： | 20世纪90年代以来,许多国家纷纷采用政府主导的模式推动网络技术的普及和数字资源的传播,出现了一些和我国的"全国文化信息资源共享工程"类似的政府公益性项目。文章介绍了美国、英国、印度、南非与我国"全国文化信息资源共享工程"类似的部分项目,分析了国外类似项目体现出的主要特点,提出了我国"共享工程"可资借鉴的国际经验。

| Abstract: | Since 1990s,many countries have adopted the method that the government promotes the popularizationof network technology and transmission of digital resources.Many government projects of public good like theNational Cultural Information Resources Sharing Project have been implemented.The paper introduces some projectsin USA,UK,India and South Africa which are similar to the National Cultural Information Resources SharingProject in our country,analyzing the main characteristics of these projects,and putting forward to the experience toour sharing project. |
