| Abstract: | Based on the investigation of citizens＇ reading in the past three years, this article makes a summary of the present situation of citizens＇ reading, and analyzes the causes hindering the citizens＇ reading. Suggestions to be made are as follows ： digital reading service should be carried out in university libraries, promotion of the paper -based documents should be strengthened, organization of reading activities and direct services to society should be implemented in the article. |
